All communication between your device and our servers uses industry-standard encryption, and your account credentials remain stored securely on your device's local keychain.

App versus browser experience

Our native Android APK provides faster load times, offline slot-game caching, and push notifications for live-table seat availability and tournament starts. The APK size is kept minimal to reduce installation time. iOS users access marbles through Safari or Chrome; the browser experience is nearly identical to the app but relies on your internet connection for all data. We do not host malware; our APK is signed with a secure certificate, and your device scans it on install. If installation fails, clear your browser cache, restart your phone, and download again. Some network carriers block APK downloads; if that happens, try a different Wi-Fi network. iOS users simply tap the link in Safari and add the app to their home screen; no certificate or security prompt appears because we deliver via standard HTTPS.

Data, permissions, and account security on marbles

Our app requests only essential permissions: internet access (to connect to our servers), storage access (to cache games and settings locally), and notification permission (to alert you of live events). We do not request camera, microphone, contacts, or location access. All data sent between your device and marbles is encrypted via TLS 1.2 or higher. Your password is hashed locally and never stored in plain text. When you log in, we issue a secure session token that expires after inactivity; if you log out or clear your app data, the token is discarded. Account recovery works via email: we verify your identity, send a password-reset link, and you create a new password on a secure page.

Two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS is optional; we recommend enabling it if you manage significant account balances. KYC verification happens once during registration; we verify your identity document and store only the verification result, not the image itself, unless you later request withdrawal and our team needs to re-verify.

If you encounter crashes, login issues, or deposit problems on marbles, reach out to our team via email or the in-app help form during standard business hours.
